Overcrowded, overpriced food, overpriced lanes. The pins kept falling and it took us 2 minutes per frame until it just gave up and got stuck. When I went to get service it took 35 minutes for a tech to respond. After it was initially fixed then my personally owned ball got stuck in the back and we had to wait another 25 minutes for them to get it out. We had only gotten about 6 frames into the first game and we decided to leave and I was only refunded for the second un played game. I will go to any other alley in the future.
This place needs to be restructed and use better managment.
they have great food and they and the shoes arent that bad same with the balls they arent to heavy but good
Way to packed there were kids running around screaming and it made the whole experience unpleasant for everyone. The establishment wasn't bad but the experience was. Avoid the weekends at late times.
The lady behind the counter Chrystal is amazing she is so understanding and very very pleasant. It is so comforting to have someone like her she multitasks better than anybody I've ever seen great job AMF
