Did a great job inside and outside my car
First the dude who asks what wash you'd like was rude. Basically just said what do you want, no greeting, nothing. Also maybe I should've written this first, but it's not a handwash at all, they run your car through and old school automated car wash without brushes in it. They spray your car with all the same chemicals as a regular automated car wash out of the same skeleton of a regular carwash, then scrub your car with a dirty handbrush instead of letting the dirty felt brushes clean the car, I don't see the difference. They also missed like 3 large spots and I paid 40 for the privilege. What a waste, go somewhere else.
I paid for a "supreme" wash which was subpar at best. My leather seats weren't even wiped. My rearview mirror not touched, even the cup holder which I asked them to wipe some sticky stuff out of was halfway done. They shined 3 of my tires. What a joke.
And it's hard to communicate considering none speak English well enough to tell you they understand. $30 should get me a GREAT wash and experience.
I have been going to this car wash for a few months and had been very pleased until yesterday. I only get the outside done and always ask them to pay close attention to my rims. Well, yesterday when I asked them to re-do the rims the male owner became quite rude and told me to just go and never come back. I went inside to the cashier to see if she could have someone fix my rims and he followed me in there yelling and screaming. I had to remind him that I'm a woman, and as a man, his tone was highly offensive. The lady behind the cash register gave me my money back and the gentleman followed me back to my truck screaming never come back. It's a shame that they all allowed to give crappy service and talk to customers any type of way. I went to Pearl car wash in Catonsville and they did my rims the right way the first time at a cheaper price and with better customer service
They do a pretty good job of cleaning and washing you car.
Don't waste your time here.
