Leah is always wonderful and knowledgeable. She helped us with our treatment plan and understand our insurance benefit. The dental assistant and dentist were both new to us but warm and very friendly. Crystal cleaned my husbands teeth and she was gentle and thorough. Overall this was a great experience. Even the office manager came out and greeted us. It always feels like family. Im so happy of the change in assistants. We stayed away because if the previous assistant. We are happy to be back. Awesome job Pikesville team!!!
Awesome experience! Great with younger kids. Staff was friendly and professional. Never a long wait to see the dentist or hygienist. Pikesville location rocks!!!!
I have been going to DOA of Pikesville for almost six years. I am now under orthodontic care with them in addition to my general dentistry care. I could not imagine going to any other dentist office. Everyone is knowledgable and welcoming.
As a first time patient, I'm handed a five page stack of paperwork, which is normal in itself. But instead of simply saying, you're not early enough to get this paperwork completed before the next appointment, why don't you go ahead and reschedule, they let me waste half an hour filling it out, and then when I brought it up to the desk, told me to hold on to it, because they can't accept it until it's actually the day of the appointment. Maybe that was their idea of being cute/ making a point/ I don't know what, but it's certainly not what a business that respects their customers does, for the sake of a pile of redundant forms that could have easily been collected by email. They don't have to worry about me troubling them again.
I am thrilled with this place. I was called within 10 minutes of my appointment time. The lady that did my x-rays was patient and gentle. The doctor explained the result and answered all questions in clear language. The hygienist that actually did the cleaning was very pleasant. She shared stories and made me comfortable being there. I hope to keep having these pleasant experiences with this location.
