Worst Target. No cashiers and a less than desirable welcoming atmosphere. The manager just seems to stand and watch.
$3,600 Purchase. Had $2,400 in Target gift cards. Manager said they would only accept $600.00. Manager refused to accept any AMEX pre paid cards. Offered to let him call to verify AMEX showed prepaid amount was $3,000. OK NO SALE
