Easy and straightforward
It is the worst experience I have ever had with an Ins company. over 6 years I had all my Ins for, cars, home, life, business and had referred many people over to this agency. and every time I called to see if any of my insurance had covered any something, or how to lower my rates. no one is there to answer me. and no one is willing to help. its sad that I took my business to another Ins company. I tried canceling my life Ins policy after I found out that it never had what I asked for, I was lied to by the Rep and I am sad that I trusted her with all my Ins.
