Radcliffe has an amazing selection of beautiful and unique jewelry and is also a wonderful place to go for jewelry repairs. They are happy to help with any repair whether or not you purchased the piece at their store. On my last visit I was able to have a watch band repaired while I waited. They offered to clean my rings while the watch band was repaired and did not charge me for either service. The staff are very knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with. Cannot recommend more highly!
I am beyond excited about the custom work done at Radcliffe Jewelers. The ring they designed and created for me was better than I could have imagined! They listened to what I wanted and took my ideas to the next level. I am so impressed with the final product that I can’t imagine going anywhere else in the future. LOVE this place!
I had a wonderful experience purchasing my wife's engagement ring at Radcliffe. Everyone there was very patient and very helpful in making sure I was completely satisfied in each step in the process of picking out a diamond and setting. Radcliffe custom made the setting and it was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I asked for. Don't be scared of the word custom. Their prices are often better than the prices of the outside companies they sell.
The story starts with having a watch band sized. I had a couple watch bands sized before at other places and they some times charged fairly hefty prices for a few minutes work. At Radcliffe they took care of my wife's watch in minutes and didn't ask for a dime. When I was looking to get an engagement ring I thought this place knows how to take care of their customers and they don't try and nickle and dime you. I decided they would be my first stop and I didn't get past that one.
Frances helped us repair our watch and she was so wonderful! She was so helpful and kind and she really made our experience at Radcliffe memorable. :)
