I did not like the way a staff member was practically pushing me out the door when they closed. I was literally leaving after dropping off my movies.
The staff is helpful. Computer access is quick.

I came in to the Pikesville branch to drop off my movies 1 min before 5pm on Sunday.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their busiest days are on Sundays and Fridays. There is also a senior center on the second floor.
I typically have a good experience at this location, todays visit was very different.
The staff are very friendly and make great recommendations for new books to read.
