My mom has been bringing her purses and shoes here for YEARS! Now this is the only place I bring my shoes and purses! The owner is sweet and puts his best work into every item that gets brought into the shop. Great attention to detail and all for a great price! You really can’t go wrong!
My Mom dropped three off items to be repaired (Pocketbook, Shoes, Belt). Returned three later only to be told that items were misplaced. Shoemaker asked my mother to "give him more time to locate" After another week, no items, no further explanations. Returned to the shop today with Baltimore County Police who suggested to file a Civil Lawsuit. I am currently in the process of doing such and have also contacted Better Business Bureau to put them on alert
Very very bad quality service, Spoiled my jacket, waited 1 week longer than said on the first visit, was asked to pay $ 5 more than what was said
I’ve patronized Cobblers & Cleaners for many years at all of their locations l, and they never cease to amaze me with the quality of their workmanship & service. I confess that on occasion I might have tried another cobbler at the urging of a family member, only to come running back to Eric. Eventually, my other family members saw the light and started using Eric as well, and they are happy they did.
