The experience I had with everyone at Pivot was great. I mainly worked with Corey and CJ who are absolutely wonderful. The level of patient care and genuine concern is amazing. I believe if it were not for the physical therapists at Pivot I would not have made the amount of progress I did.
I am beyond pleased with the treatment my daughter Amara receives here at pivot physical therapy ! I did my research before deciding where to take her after her ACl reconstructive surgery. After talking with several Theropist Including Cory at the Green Tree Lane location in pikesville he explained that because we had been there before the prior relationship would make it easier for Amara. I went with them and Amara started off with Cory but has now seen CJ and Nakile as well. Its been 2mths post opp we see them 3x a week and I can truly say from day one starting with the front desk receptionist Tonya they have been polite, professional, sensitive and attentive to all of my daughters needs as well as my concerns. One of the things I love best is how my teenage daughter can get picked up from a long day at school feeling moody only to have to go straight to theropy in a not so good mood and CJ will take one look at her and say that bad huh Amara .... 5-10 min into theropy she is all smiles eating up all there complementary mints and having a laugh or two with Phil! The guys seem to really be living the dream doing what they love and creating a fun environment full of positive energy that is so conducive for theropy! A lot of recovery from a injury is physical but also mental and I didn't realize that until I saw how much my daughter trust her therapist so when they ask her to do something that may be considered challenging she does it without hesitation because she knows she is in good hands and they got her back! Its been a long road but they have def made it a enjoyable experience and very smooth transition from one phase to the next! I highly recommend Pivot Pikesville I've referred two friends already !
I went to PT for an ankle tear. I was alittle hesitant to go to PT at first but Cory and the team really helped me put along the way. They are really talented at what they do. After 2 months I feel pain free. They are also extremely nice and work at a pace that helps you the best instead of just pushing you. If you need PT I highly recommend pivot.
My experience has been great at the Greene Tree location. Corey is my physical therapist and is the best. The exercises are challenging and help to relieve my pain and increase my range of motion. The staff are all attentive and engaged. Your time is well spent at this facility.
