Guac is never fresh looking, always browned. Everything else is just your standard Chipotle.
Food was very good quality and quite tasty. Service quality was decent in my experience, and I received a fair portion of all toppings. My only gripe is that my burritos are often poorly wrapped, and while still delicious, are quite messy.
The floor was completely covered in food where we sat. The table had sour cream and guacamole caked on. It was clear that they don't care about the appearance of the store or the cleanliness of their eating area for guests. The bathroom was disgusting. Food was decent but I won't be back.
The food is amazing but the service vary from good to bad with employees on the line. The new employees skimp on everything from rice to lettuce. I eat here often and there is some new girl on the line who is very rude. I will not recommended this location to anyone because of the service.
HORRIBLE!!!! first the lady at the register rude and seem like she don't care to be there. Hire some better people than that who can put a smile on their face. Then I check my bank card and I'm charged twice ! Won't be returning here!
This was the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I asked for a salad and they only had a few lettuce leafs left in the bin. The server tried to pass off 5 lettuce leafs as a normal sized salad. When I asked for more she was all huffy and threw the new bin angrily on the counter.
