She added another piece this week with deep pressure on the back of my neck - a real treat! Very creative as a massage therapist.
While the masseuse, Alfred, is amazing, this is by far the most unprofessional, untrained in customer service, rude, unresponsive staff (managers included) I have ever encountered in any establishment of any type, anywhere...EVER. The retention manager, Ashley, is unreachable and has had a full voice-mailbox for 2 weeks. I didn't want to cancel, I just wanted the cancellation policy, and no one would discuss it -- They just toss you a cell number to someone who won't respond. After this experience maybe I will cancel. I spoke with a manager today who told me, if the staff here don't suit you, you can use any other location. She also made excuses for and tried to justify Ashley's lack of response, stating she handles 2 locations. That says to me, she's not interested in bettering her location. She'd just rather tell you in nice-nasty way to just go elsewhere. Horrible customer service. Think long and hard about the demographic that surrounds the location where you actually sign up...It's probably a staff catch-mit for people from that area. A complete and total mess. I will be contacting the corporate office today. Unbelievable in 2016 -- Namely when consumers rely on Internet reviews to determine whether or not they will patronize an establishment. Do yourselves a favor and save yourselves the stress -- Find another option.

I LOVE MR. WILLIE!! First let me start off saying that. I, however, do not like the practices of Massage Envy (this location and the foundry row location are by the same owner). I purchased the membership for a massage a month for a year and have been having issues with it ever since. The massage is always great but the service, the lack of knowledge of the representatives, and the misinformation multiple times including multiple calls to the office for various things pertaining to my membership and appointments has been unacceptable. I tried to move my membership to Pikesville where Mr. Willie is and was told that I could do so after 3 months. When I tried to get this transfer done, I was told something completely different and am stuck contacting Foundry Row (I do not like this office). I tried to cancel my membership and open a new one at Pikesville but was told I could not. I just don't like the fact that I got the run around for the past 3 months and still didn't get what I wanted BUT I was told that I should never have to contact the Foundry Row office again so that is a win.
She is very detailed - including hands and feet. She did the hot towel; wrap around the feet (added neck this week); a small but very effective method that has been used at millions of places around the world. Gabby is the only one I know that uses hot towel at Massage Envy.
I really don't like the service at either location but the massage makes it worth it.

I am going to miss Gabrielle(Gabby) at Pikesville tremendously when I move out of the area. She does deep tissue and is super effective. I met here last December and, ever since, didn't even want to go if she was not available.
They have some great therapists, but don't try to call them. It has become increasingly difficult to talk to someone without a "brief" hold. The people on the front desk are very nice, but I believe they need some help!
