This is absolutely one of the worst coldstone outlets ever. The employees are not well trained and are so rude. Lady wouldn't give me all of my icecream because she claimed it was over-portioned. Heck, there's a serving amount for every size cup, not my fault you don't know how to fit the ice cream in the cup. I paid extra for a mix in and she left most of it on the slab, I asked for her to put the rest of my toppings in my cup and she refused. I will not be patronizing this store again as long as these three ladies are still there. What an embarrassing visit.
Hair in ice cream...she just told a spoon and dipped it out and said here you go...I said aren't you going to replace it? O yeah...I can't....basic customer service
Wow. Just waited 10 minutes....4 people working not a hello we will be right with you ..nothing! I left.....horrible service! And when I called and asked if they has cakes Kosher for passover th ey said yes--- which was a lie! Horrible!!! (Know your product and greet customers)
Product is good however the odor that we experience every time we go is a major turn off!!
Tried to kick me out because of my service dog, even though I specifically stated ADA laws. (They didn't even notice my service dog was there until I was smack dab in front of the glass counter...because she's a service dog, specially trained to be in PUBLIC environments.) Not until a woman next to me started complaining that they were breaking the law, and until I told them denying me access based on my service dog was grounds for a lawsuit did they let me stay. I was treated with disrespect as though I was the one in the wrong. 0 out of 5 stars.
