Not the best Panera location. The staff got my order wrong on a few counts and when I asked for a bakery item add on it was not added to my order. Another associate was trying to "explain" to me that I have to specify which bakery item because they're different prices, but I assumed that any Panera employee would know that when you order a meal and a drink, typically you are entitled to a 1.09 bakery item of any kind. She said that was just for cookies, which has never been the case in my experience. I ended up not getting even a cookie because I didn't want to continue the conversation. The original associate I ordered from was new, so getting the order a little wrong was understandable, but getting condescended to by a service person is rude, in the case of the experienced associate explaining that bakery items were different prices. Duh. Panera Bread has let me get bear claws or danishes or brownies for years until this occasion, and I think if it is a policy change, I won't be buying drinks or pastries from Panera anymore, b/c it's too expensive otherwise. If not, the associate was just being rude and misinformed. Either way, I believe I will avoid this location in the future.
I love Panera. The food is good. For the first time I tried the Summer Corn Chowder and had the grilled cheese. My cousin and her mom had a apple crisp salad which I did get to sample. I LOVE the food including their blueberry muffins. They are always fresh and you can taste every flavor that bursts in your mouth. Now this location had some downfalls. The bathroom did not have any towels, and the trashcan was overflowing, and I also found the counter near the microwave very dirty and dusty. The service was impeccable, but all in all I was satisfied. Oh they need handicap accessible parking and ramp.

It's a Panera. The food is always good. The service is always friendly. You do have to know where this location is otherwise you could miss it.
Awesome spot for a quick bite to eat. Good food and polite employees. They have a nice little tree-lined, shaded patio area outside that makes this Panera location stand out from others nearby.
