We had car problems and made it to their parking lot. The Saturday evening staff were excellent. They brought a cot to the room and swapped out all the feather pillows without a problem. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant. On Sunday we left the car keys and instructions so the mechanic could pick up the vehicle on Monday. Everything went well.
Front desk staff was nice. Room was nice and spacious. Main issue was with the restaurant. Our server was nice but after diner going to the bar was shaky. One bartender was good however the other was ranting about the cook who refused to do anything and was complaining about cooking. Even the couple next to us who are regulars were being treated not so good. Summary was they need to fire the cook and stop gosping to the patrons.
Was in town for a wedding. Front desk staff were great - welcoming and cheerful even though we were early for check-in. Room was spacious with safe, microwave, and fridge.
it's a nice hotel with a decent restaurant and bar. staff is friendly and accommodating. close to some other decent restaurants in the area and easy to get to.
Nice hotel and staff were very accommodating! However, we ordered breakfast in our room to be delivered by 6:30 am at the latest and by 6:50 they still haven't delivered our breakfast. We had to get up and go to the restaurant to get breakfast, which made my husband late for work.
