Absolutely horrible. I ordered a room with a private Jacuzzi for 100.00 a night for two nights. Got there at 11:00 pm, there was one guest ahead of me. It took 15 min to check them in. The key machine was not working so they had to escort him to his room with the master key. I waited 10 min before she came back. Then it took her another 20 min. To get me checked in. Again no keys. So we waited for them to open our door. We walk in to a room that was hot like heck even though the ac was on. The first thing i noticed was the Jacuzzi was not private as advertised but right in middle of the bedroom. No curtains or any privacy. Two large sticky stains on the carpet greet you as you walk in to the room. Paint was peeling on the walls. The Jacuzzi was not clean. There is a furry stain under the soap dish. The bathtub was cracking to a point where you would cut your toes if you hit that spot. There are two insects in the bathroom one dead the other was so big that it made my wife scream. I videotaped it in the toilet. So, what does one do in such a situation you ask? Yep, your right, you call the front desk from your nightstand phone hoping they they can give you a new room. The only problem was that the phone didn't work. Finally i looked up their phone number and called from my cell. After yelling and pleading they said they would give me another room without a Jacuzzi but i would have to pay more. Go figure! Pay more for less? One chair for two people and one small bath towel for each. I wish videos could could be uploaded.
had to be transferred to another room. tv didn't work. second room smelled like cigarettes. my throat was aching in the morning. lastly the desk clerk had to give a customer 40 from his wallet because he refused to come back when the manager would be there for change. The customer refused becauae he lived in Virginia.
Good food, great bartender. Bar area very clean. Appetizers were great.
Wonderful clean rooms. The free breakfast is very good and filling. The front desk is always polite and very helpful. I most definitely would refer my family to stay there.. Very very comfortable beds. If I could give it 10 stars I would give it to the Pikesville location.
It is a nice little motel style place. I was only there for a little get together with old friends. I liked the room it seemed clean and safe although i have heard stories of mice there. I had a good time the olive branch was nive and served good food. I personally didnt pay for the room but it was 85 for a 1 queen size bed room that you can smoke in. I dont think the quality is worth it because for that price you can get a decent hotel (but non smoking) but for a one night cheap get together it was nice
